Hi, I’m Regie Tiu—a speaker, Physical Therapist, and 7-figure clinic owner who’s passionate about helping healthcare professionals build profitable, freedom-driven businesses.

For the last 26 years, I’ve been a licensed Physical Therapist and the Founder & CEO of Restore Plus Physical Therapy, where my team and I have served over 30,000 patients. I’m also the creator of the Healthpreneur Freedom Tribe, a mentorship community dedicated to helping practice owners grow with less stress and more fulfillment.

But my journey wasn’t easy. I came to the U.S. from a third-world country with only $50 in my pocket. After a decade working for someone else, I was unexpectedly fired. That moment pushed me to build a future I could control. Starting from scratch, I grew my practice into a thriving 7-figure business, and now I teach other healthcare entrepreneurs how to do the same.

Through my keynotes, workshops, and a YouTube channel with tens of thousands of subscribers, I share actionable strategies to help practice owners scale, create financial and time freedom, and lead with purpose.

When I’m not mentoring or speaking, I enjoy spending time with my son, working out, and practicing martial arts in Queens, NY.
